He entered this industry with the sole focus of protecting the love and unity of the families he serves. 

Thirty years ago, Jim’s grandmother passed, and no one asked her how she wanted her burial arrangements to be handled, which drove a wedge between Jim’s Father, and his father’s siblings. It was one of most horrible experiences of Jim’s life. His family was torn apart because of the lack of preparation and communication of his grandmother's passing. 

He vowed that his family would never go through this horrible nightmare again. 

Jim started working part-time at a cemetery just to help his family take care of their future cemetery needs so that they wouldn't go through this nightmare with their families as well. Now, he is more passionate than ever about helping families protect their legacy of unity and love. 

He does this by helping families pre-plan their burial arrangements to make the process as smooth as possible during the time of death. Jim can help explain every step of the process so that families are not blindsided about what they may or may not need at the time of death.
